The “Eliminator” Fixture plates and Sub-plates by InteliTool are designed to speed up the process of locating and securing fixtures to machining centers of all types.
An entire fixture or column, can be removed and replaced by simply removing the four quick change shanks that hold it in place. Repeatability as close as ±.0002 can be achieved to minimize, or eliminate, the need to probe or indicate the fixture.
Unlike our competitors, InteliTool does not sell a rigid configuration of plates. Our
plates are customized to fit your needs and maximize the use of your machine. Why
sell yourself short? For about the same price as a standard plate from the
competition you can have a custom plate made just for you.
